The Hot Knife is a professional-grade hot cutting tool for foamed plastics. The Hot Knife heats up in seconds and gives the operator temperature control. Never before has working with foamed plastics been this easy, inexpensive and free of mess. A hot knife is normally a hand-held tool with a handle and heated blade. Most hot knives are designed for cutting EPS foam (Styrofoam), or a similar type of insulating foam.
2. How it works?
The foam cutter is for cutting different density foam and sponge, with clean cutting edge, no mess. With the groover-sled, you can make different groove shape on the foam.
The rope cutter is for cutting ropes and webbing, with smooth cutting edge, no disperse.
With the cutting foot, you can use our hot cutter to cut the synthetic fiber cloth, sail cloth, awnings, leather and other kinds of cloths without disperse cause high temperature seal the cutting edge when cutting. You can also cut the seal line on the bag.
