ESD Cap with Brim
It using special polyester filament yarn, warp or weft to weave embedded Japan Kanebo Belltron-9R series conductive fibers through a special process.
Optional Fabric: 5mm bar, 5mm grid, 2.5mm grid conductive silk fabrics.
The following general cleanroom:
CLASS10000 should 5mm bar conductive silk,
CLASS1000 and should be 5mm grid;
CLASS100 clean room should be 2.5mm grid conductive silk fabrics.
Apply in semiconductor industry, photoelectricity industry, petrifaction industry and instrument industries, Pharmaceutical Industry etc...
Performance indicators:
Anti-static fabric friction charge density ≤ 2μ C/m2 (Japan Standard ≤ 7μ C/m2);
Anti-static clothing after washing standard 100 times the amount of charge <0.2μ C / PC.
