The automatic soda water production line is mainly used for filling gas beverage. It combines rinsing and filling and capping as one automatic body suitable,it is called automatic three in one machine , for pet bottle or other plastic bottles. The ISO-pressure (ISO-barometric) filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others.
Besides using photo-electronic detectors to detect the running of every important sub-process, it employs PLC from omron for automatic control of the whole process and new type air-channel for bottle-loading featuring speediness and damage-free of bottle. The handing-over of bottles between two linking structures is fulfilled by applying clamping-bottle-neck method. For bottle of different shape only a few parts need to be changed and the substituting is simple, which shows the machine is of good adaptability.
High automation and easy operation make it an ideal option for beverage companies.

The bottle-rinsing system is composed of water distribution valve, bottle-holder, guiding rail and rotator plate.

The PET bottle filling system consists of liquid tank, filling valve, liquid level control inside the tank and open-valve-device, close-valve-device, Clamp-bottle-neck-device and cam device
The bottle from the rinsing system is handed by the bottle-sweeping-wheel to the Clamp-bottle-neck-device of the filling system. Accompanying the clockwise rotating seat the bottle on the clamp-bottle-neck-device is escalated by the specific cam shape until the bottle head meets the filling valve seat tightly for the spring pressure of clamp-bottle-neck-device and then the filling starts.
Capping system
Adjusting of capping head is mainly adjusting the pressure of the spring, of which the function is to retain the head some certain pressure for capping. It is necessary to adjust the proper pressure of the spring because if the pressure is too much, the force of capping will be likely to impair the cap; if too weak, the force of capping can not fulfill the capping.
