Channels are one of the most important components of the Tube Heat Exchangers. These parts are made from rolled plates, head, flange, nozzle and welded with ASME welding requirements.
Note: Seal surface can be supplied with weld overlay inclusive Titanium, Hastelloy according to specifications.

MAITAN cooperates with several pressure vessel manufactures which have the ASME "U" Identification to supply guaranteed shells. All the welding steps are high strictly followed the WPS, ASME IX requirements and the welding operations are performed by seasoned and ASME Weld Qualified welders.
Also the welding lines will be 100% X-Ray Tested before the delivery.
