Automatic Paste Labeling Machine (JHTB)

To operate it well, the operator will pay attention to the following notes: 1. Glue— Don't need to put too much PVAC glue, just to keep there's a layer of film on the rubber wheel since too much glue will be left on the transferring belt and sponge pad by pressing of bottle and sponge plate to prevent later labeling process. 2. Labels— To keep the labels be well glued on bottles, we should keep balance of label. As under normal temperature, the labels will be easy to crinkle due to the damp air, be sure to fix front and back of label with chipboard, and then clamp with rubber band before storage. 3. Bottles— To check there's no oil or dust on bottles before labeling.
