It adopts gravity method for filling; It means that by its own gravity, filling milk after sterilizing. In the principal axis, there is a plate of milk, whose surrounding there are 10-30 filling nozzles. When machine is running, bottle-necks are contacting with filling valves by the action of cylindrical cam tracks; And going up to a certain position, filling valves are open automatically. Air in the bottles is discharged by permeability cells in filling valves. Under the filling tank, there are a couple of angular wheels, which can be moved up and down by special handles, to adjust the right height for filling (height is about 185mm). And also it is easy for cleaning filling valves.O-type steel can be made for gravity system, by the control for exceed male coupling. Aluminum flake is made into O-type, and blown into conveying shute by air compressor, waiting for sealing.There are 3-9 nozzles in the cap-pressing system, and also there are 3-9 foundations, which can be moved up and down by cylindrical cam tracks, on the capping-pallet.
