Plate Sterilizer (BS)

It is ideal equipment for the goal to prolong the time of preserving fresh-ness through sterilization and coolness. It is the advanced sterilization equipment which has the advantage of small size, compact structure, easy to dismantle. It applies most advanced studded type gasket which is affixed without glue. Thus make it much easier for changing rubber and cleaning. The whole set of this equipment is consist of plate type heat exchanging device, material balance tank, centrifugal sanitary pump, hot water device(including hot water tank, hot water pump, steam injection device, steam control valve, etc. ) and electric cabinet. It can make up several sections of preheat, homogenization (This set of equipment does not include homogenizer), ultra temperature sterilizer, cooling. The plate type heat exchanging device is the heart of this set of equipment.
