Rotary Barreled Water Filling Machine (TGF Series)

Brief introductionThe rotary filler adopts pressure filling way. After entering the liquid tank, water flows into filling valves through feeding pipes. Every filling valve has recycling pipe to enable stable filling pressure that ensures stable filling under all condition. It adopts cam rail to control the action of filling valve to ensure stable filling process. The rotary filler equips frequency converting control device and micro-adjust device for filling, with characteristics of stable filling, high speed, high filling precision, no leakage and low liquid loss. All parts contacting with product water including filling valves adopt food-grade high quality stainless steel AISI316L. The filling valves are designed without dead corners, equipping anti-spraying recycle device and close recycle device for residual water. The filler adopt fully close structure; Top could be installed 100 class fan filter unit to enable positive 100-class purification for filling area.
