Case Packer

HG series Carton Packer is a new type of machine that is developed by Newamstar, based on self owned technology with absorbing merits from the same types of products made in Germany and in Italy, and it is an advanced carton packing machine in China. This machine can be operated on line with automatic bottle-dividing technology. It can run automatically, controlled by PLC, mainly driven by servo motor, with subsystems of which the speed can be adjustable stage less. It is highlighted by high automation level, reliable control, easy adjustment as well as convenient operation and maintenance so that it can be widely applied to beverage, beer, chemical, food and medical industries. It can provide a secondary packing to all kinds of bottles, and can be used in association with automatic filling production lines. This machine mechanically contains two sections, i. E. Bottle conveyor and carton packer: The conveyor includes bottle conveyor, Laner plates, bottle divider and detector. The carton packer includes cardboard feeder, bottle dropping mechanism, top folder and presser, side folder and presser, carton conveyor, carton discharger, framework. Advantages1. Adopt straight bottle feeding way: Compact and small occupancy space. 2. Adopt the way that carton is fed from side: Simple and reasonable structure and less fault ratio. 3. Adopt two-step pressure reducing: Product pressure is reduced effectively and no block. After product falls for packing, it is at micro-pressure and stable conveying state. Equip anti-collapse and bottle holding structure which can avoid bottle collapse effectively. 4. Adopt cylinder controlling bottle falling system: High positioning accuracy and exact movement action. It reduces the impact and vibration effectively while equipment is running and improves stability and reliability greatly. Structure features1. The main transmission adopts frequency speed adjustment and PLC controlling technology. With man-machine interface, it realize stepless speed adjustment. Main controller adopt Schneider product which has quick communication ability and strong diagnose function to ensure the system reliability. Easy operation, compact and reasonable structure, high automation2. Reliable working: The packing action is realized by pneumatic parts. The product conveying driven by servo motor ensures each exacting station. Pneumatic and electrical control realizes perfect packing for the product. 3. Stable running: The whole packing process is driven by servo motor which realizes the stable transition for start and stop from one working station to next station and realizes automatic operation by combining pneumatic, electrical and photoelectric control. 4. The case conveyor adopts micro-pressure controlling design. 5. It conforms to food hygiene requirement: Adopt oil-free pneumatic components. Most movement parts all adopt lifetime oil-free lubrication design which helps to reduce user's cost greatly. Few movement parts needs oil lubrication but it is also very convenient to add the lubrication oil. 6. Carton feeding adopts automatic and continuous way. 7. It has many protection functions and stops in time for faults. For instance: When the case feed conveyor is not full of cases or bottle conveyor is not full of bottles, the machine will stop for waiting. When carton feeder is blocked or case falling position is blocked, the machine will stop automatically. When operation staff enters safety isolation line, it will stop automatically. 8. The conveyor system adopts high-quality and integral net chain equipping transition board to ensure stable transition with bottles conveyor. The machine system can adjust packing speed automatically according to product feeding speed on bottle conveyor.
