Soya Sauce Filling

General descriptionBottles are transported to rinser by bottle-in screw and starwheel. The special gripping claw of the rinser grips the bottle neck to overturn the bottle, inner wall of which is washed with rinsing water by special spray nozzle. After rinsing, dripping and drying, the bottle is transported to filler through starwheel and is positioned on the bottle holder of the elevation cylinder, under effect of which, the bottle rises to mesh with filling valve and simultaneously open the filling valve to start filling. While the level achieves the height of air back tube, the filling stops and whereafter the vacummizing channel start to take out the foam and modify the level. After the bottle falls, the filled bottle is transported to capper through tranisition starwheel. At this moment, the capping head has already held one cap. Under effect of cam guide track, the cap pressing plunger descends toward the bottle on the down platform and then to do capping operation by thrust ring. After capping ends, the capping head rises and the finished bottle is transported through starwheel to bottle-out conveyor and sent out of the monobloc to go to next procedure.
