The can filler/seamer monoblock is designed and made by absorbing international advanced technology, which is suitable for carbonated drink and beer. Because all filling parts can fall to cans, it doesn't need any can holding parts. While cans pass filler, they are on the level without any elevation action. Sealer runs connecting directly with filler to complete the seaming work after beer filling.

Beer filling machine's Working process
1, Cans are pushed to the holding table in turn by infeed screw and starwheel. The middle-focusing ring of filling valve falls to the can. The seaming between can and filling valve is provided by plastic spring ring.

2, The sport of middle-focusing ring is leaded by idler wheel running along curve. After filling, the filling valve closes and exhausts, and the middle-focusing ring elevates from the can. The filled cans are transported onto the conveyor and into the sealer. Under control of cam, the sealer completes seaming by action of taking lid, turning lid-side and rolling side.
