Machine's features:
It is based on the PET bottle filling technology.
It adopts external long tube filling valve. CO2replaces air in the PET bottle so that the oxygen in the bottle is largely decreased.
As the spraying nozzle could elevate, so the bottle could be cleaned completely. At the same time, the rinsing water is saved.
The air conveyor is connected with the bottle-in device, and the transferring adopts the neck holding technology.
The liquid level and pressure in filling tank are controlled by level probe and fine adjusting valve separately.
The CO2in the filling tank will be filled continuously to assure the pressure constant and high purity CO2backpressure.
The capper is equipped with high pressure frothing device to decrease the air in the bottle neck to the smallest.
The machine is equipped with centrifugal lubrication system. It could lubricate each point automatically.
