Drinking Water Equipment----Descriptions:
This drinking water equipment contains washing, filling and capping with complete automation. It is suitable for filling water, such as mineral water, pure water into polyester bottles and PET bottles. The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adjusting the height of the conveyor chain. The filling process adopts micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more reliable. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements adopt international famous products.

Drinking Water Equipment----Characteristics:
1. This drinking water equipment adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and more east.
2. The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the drinking water production machine to run automaticly,
3. Transducer is uesd in bottle entering chains to adjust speed to make the operation of moving bottle steadily and reliably.
4. The water production machine is convenient to operate with higher auromation because everypart of the machine is inspected to run with photo electicity.

Drinking Water Equipment-----Washing Part
The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180 degree into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

Drining Water Equipment-----Filling Part
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.

Drinking Water Equipment----Capping Part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air.
