Mineral water rinsing filling capping production machine/equipment, integrating with washing, filling and capping part, it realizes full automation in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of mineral water and purified water.

The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable. It adopts new micro-negative pressure filling. Compared with the machines of the same specification, the capacity of this machine is larger.

Mineral water rinsing filling capping production machine/equipment adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) to control. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; The output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable.

Water treatment system includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.
