Description:

(1) This 5 gallon pure water bottle filling machine specially produces 3&5 gallons barreled drinking water.
(2)This series 5 gallon pure water bottle filling machine integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit.
(3) In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.
(4) This 5 gallon pure water bottle filling machine equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.
(5) This 5 gallon pure water bottle filling machine also can automatically carry out bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
(6) This 5 gallon pure water bottle filling machine has features of complete functional, novel design, and high degree of automation. 1. Decapper
-After clamping the cap, gas crock move upwards together with piston and complete decapping. By the control of PLC, the machine claw release the cap and the gas crock reach the top.

2. Auto-loader
-Bottles automatic fixed at the carrier rings which holding the bottles on the neck while Bottles are turning upside down by carrier pockets

3. Bottle washer
-Inside and outside recycled washing with detergent temperature adjustable around 70° , with automatic water level control, and temperature is controlled by detect sensors.
- Inside final rinsing with spring water or by ozonized water. (Ozone generator is optional). Two final water rinsing cycles to ensure the cleaning of bottles.

4. Filler
-Overflow-Pressure type filling system controlled by pressure filling structure with very high stability.
-Filling accuracy: 99%

5. Capper
-Linear capping machine for press-on caps, completed with caps distributor, caps chute, releasing head and closing pressing head.
- Before capping is possible to spray into the caps a sterilized solution trough a nozzle located on the cap chute. (Optional) and UV light is equipped to guarantee the sterilization of caps. (Optional)
