HT CCA BUSWAY

There are several types of HT CCA Busways -- Intensive type, Air type, Epoxy pouring full closed type, fire-resistant type and 3-35KV totally enclosed busbar type, rating from 400-7200A, which could meet all of the environmental conditions required for power busway. HT CCA busway is the most cost-effective busway with beautiful appearance, high current-carrying capacity, safety and reliability, low cost and little energy consumption.  

IV. HT CCA BUSWAY FEATURES

HT CCA BUSWAY collected the domestic and overseas busway advantages with reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, high cost-effectiveness and the performance parameters meeting the requirements of IEC60439.2. 
 

1. The shell uses aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles, with screwless assemble, high-level protection, beautiful appearance, high strength, good heat radiation, little eddy current and hysteresis loss, low electic engergy, good shielding effect, high current-carrying capacity and strong corrosion resistance (The corrosion resistance is extended more than 10 years than zinced sheet).

2. Overall grounding technique: Whether using aluminum alloy shell as PE busbar, or grounding protection system made of aluminum alloy shell and independent PE busbar, the protective effects are superior to steel shell independent PE busbar.

3. HT CCA busbar is used as conductor, with high interface bonding strength and low cost, all performances fully meets busway requirements. It not only reduces the initial investment, but also is the lowest energy consumption and minimum electricity in the entire life cycle.
