1. Due to the new design, the feeding process is greatly simplified with large single portions and the feeding labour is reduced consequently.
2. Due to the enlarged cutter compactor drum, the feeding of the system with larger single portions of plastic waste is available without disturbing the temperature homogenity in the drum. This results more steady and robust overall behaviour of the plant at stable, high output rates independent from the feeding personnel.
3. A considerably lower melt temperature of the processed material brings less heat history and better MFI of the reprocessed material at considerably higher output rates!
