Used for size reduction of material into flakes;
With water inlet for wet crushing;
V-shape rotor design specially for film crushing;
Screen size: 100mm*20mm (length*width);

Blade material: Real and total SKD-11;

Friction Washer:
Used to scrubbing flakes by high speed blades to remove dirt and water;
Rotating speed: 800rpm for high efficiency;
With water spray system to wash out the dirts.

Sink-Float Tank:
Used to cleaning flakes, density separation dirt from flakes, transporting flakes out by rolling drums,
