RCGF Automatic Juice Filling Machine is used in hot filling and sealing of PET bottle. It integrates automatic rotary washing, filling and capping machine in one unit.

This model Juice filling machine productivity range at 3000bottles/ hour to 14000bottles/ hour. More larger capacity of filling machine can be customized according to client's detail demand.

Stepless speed regulating device is used to control the filling velocity by customer's own requirement.

All the washing, filling and capping running is operated on colorful touch screen.

Various bottle shape and volume can be changed in one filling machine, only bottleneck size haven't changed.

PET Empty Bottle Washing and Cleaning, continously bottle turnover and srapying will remove the impurities inside of bottle and the water dropped from the bottle will be flowed to collecting pipes to save water for recycling.

Stainless Steel Juice Hot Filling, anti high temperature and sanitary stainless steel SUS 304 avoid extra odor or chemical substance be produced( in filling process)rather than rubber or plastic pipes

Bottle Capping by magnetic torque force, to protect caps be damaged and sealing caps firmly without leakage
