5L Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine (XGF)

The series equipment is used in 3-10L water filling production. It is integrated by washing, filling and capping together. With well designed and good-looking appearance.

The whole machine is adopt transmission and bottleneck stuck transport technology. Its merits are synchronism, coherence, sanitary during bottle filling process.

It is aerodynamic and controlled by PLC and colorful touch screen. All the filling heads work at the same time. It has bottle-gripping device to make sure 100% filling accuracy rate. It also has intellectualized protection programme control.

3L/ 5L to 10L Bottle Filling Heads
Food grade stainless steel filling heads and tubes to keep sanitary of bottle water filling, this material also anti-corrision and antirust.
White food grade plastic block has the function of bottleneck posioning, to prevent bottle falling during the filing process.

Bottle Capping
Equipped automatic cap sortor to order the caps sequentially, then enter into cap track and caps were sealed by screw torque force. This protects the caps being damaged easily and also capping quickly.

We do also provide customers ink jet printer(DOT matrix, high resolution), adhesive labelling machine, mineral/ pure water treatment plant for the whole 3L-10L water production line!
