Three-in-One Water Filling Machine (XGF8-8-4)

XGF 8-8-4 three-in-one washing-filling-capping is used in small capacity 1800bph to 2000bph water filling and sealing of PET bottle.
It integrates automatic rotary washing, filling and capping machine in one unit.
Stepless speed regulating device is used to control the filling velocity by customer's own requirement.
All the washing, filling and capping running is operated on colorful touch screen.

Various bottle shape and volume can be changed in one filling machine, only bottleneck size haven't changed.
It is mainly suitable for filling and capping of round or square polyester bottles. According to the demands of different specifications of users, it is only changed a little in design to meet the user's demands.
