PVC Profile/ PE/ PP Wood-Plastic Extrusion Line

YF series of PVC profile production line is main used in PVC doors and windows pfrofile, wood-plastic profile, wide door, sill plates, porous conduit (four-hole, six-hole, seven-hole, nine-hole e. T. C) extrusion. The production line can according to different profile section and mold, use different specifications of parallel(conicial) twin-screw extruder, and configure the oppopriate vacuum shaping table, drawing machine, cutting machine, tilter and other auxiliary equipments.
Features:
1. Special increase swirl cooling system used in vacuum shaping table, to facilitate cooling stereotypes, to meet the high-speed extrusion
2. Cutter moving speed and traction speed sync, all actions cotrolled by imported PLC computer, reasonable disigned, stable operation, automatically cutting to length, and equipped with dust recovery.
