PET Bottle Washing Recycling Line. PET Recycling.
This PET recycling machine is used for solid plastic material, such as pet bottles, PP/PVC barrels and so on.
It is able to crush, wash, and dry materials, finally come out clean and dry flakes, also, it's able to make granules directly, and use on some other ways.

The line's capacity is from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.

We use the scraping machine and seperator to remove the labels, and the metal detector will remove the metals in material.

With the floating washer, the PET flakes will sink into the water, meanwhile, the PP caps will float on the water, it can be easier to remove them from the flakes and recycle them separately. At last, the ratio of labels mixed in it is less than 1%.

With 1200rpm high speed rotating, the high speed friction washer is able to clean the oil on the flakes, and steam washer will heat the water, to make the material cleaned perfectly. Our dewatering machine is designed by Germany, which is more effecient than others, and with the heater and heating pipe, the moisture of final products will be less than 2 percent.
