This series machine integrates washing, filling and capping into one unit, it can be used for glass bottle juice hot-filling production line of different kinds of fruit juice, tea, etc.
The machine whole process is automatic, The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward more steadily and reliably. The machine is an idea preferred equipment for juice beverage makers because it is convenient to operate with higher automation while every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity.
This series machine optional capacity can be from 20000bph  to 24000bph

Usage of blueberry juice bottling machine

The series equipment is used for filling fruit juice and tea-beverage( hot-filling).

 Characteristics:

1. design of rotary working-modality, confirm the machine to work more fast and stable

2. design of clipping bottle-mouth, confirm that the machine can be fit for the bottle with 250ml to 3000ml, only need replace a little spares.
 

3. PLC is adopted to control the machine running automatically, need less people to control the machine.
