Pelletizer

One whole PE/PP film compacting and granulating machine consists of belt conveyor, metal detector, cutting compactor, single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, pelletizer, vibration sieve, vertical dewatering machine, blowing system, storage silo and control box. But the final proposal must be offered according to the user's real requirements.

1), Metal detector: Detect metal in the films or bags, protect the blades of cutting compactor and screws.

2), Cutting compactor: SS body, monitoring window on body, arch blades place design, force door latch for best sealing.

3), Single screw extruder: 38CrMoAlA with nitriding processing.

4), Hydraulic screen changer: Two types for choice---plate screen changer and double-column four holes screen changer

5), Pelletizer: Includes mould and pelleting blades, two types for choice--- vertical pelletizer and horizontal pelletizer

6), Vibration sieve: Mainy for screening the granules by size requirement.

7), Vertical dewatering machine: Dewater the granules while conveying the granules helically from bottom to top, humidity
8), the parts of machine contacting with materials are made of SS304.9), Control system: Use SUZHOU Siemens and China famous electrical parts, main motor adoptsABB inverter.
