Feature and Function:
This line will crush PET bottle into small pieces and washed, dried then be storaged. It is used to recycle PET Bottle from City Waste plastics and application for making fiber, making bottle.
Output:
300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h (depend on material conditaion)

Baler-opener: Will open packing material
Blet Conveyor: Convey waste plastic into Crusher
Pre-Washer: Filter big sustance with hot water or steam
Label-Remover: Remove label on surface of bottle
Sorting system: Sort different plastics by manaual
Crusher: Will cut waste plastic into small pieces
Screw feeder convey small pieces
Friction Washer high speed friction washing material to make material cleaner.
Separating tank: Separate PET and PP cover, dirty according to specific gravity
Steam Washer: Adopts steam or hot water to wash PET bottle flakes
Dewatring machine: Centrifigual dewating & friction drying material to remove moisture
Drying System: Using electical heating way and blower to dry material
Storage hopper: Storage clean and dry material
Control System: Main apparatus adopt Siemens or ABB brand.
