Both screw and barrel were designed using the building block principle. The screw configuration, barrel structure, screw L/D, the number and place of feeding and exhausting, way of screen changing and pelletizing, and the electric control mode are all optimally adjusted according to different material properties and process requiements, in consideration of the machine's versatility in other general applications.
