Plastic Recycling/Washing line will convey, crush, wash and dry dirt PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE Film.
Feature and Function:
It is used to recycle PP/PE Film/bottle, PP woven bags, and waste agricultural film
Output:
300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h and so on (depend on material conditaion)

Blet Conveyor: Convey waste plastic into Crusher
Crusher: Will cut waste plastic into small pieces, size will be depended on screen hole
Screw feeder: Convey small pieces
Friction Washer: High speed friction washing material to make material cleaner.
Floating & Separating tank: Separate PP, PE and PET, dirty according to specific gravity
Dewatring machine: Centrifigual dewating and friction drying material to remove moisture

Drying System: Using Electrical heating way and blower to dry material
Storage hopper: Storage clean and dry material
Control System: Main apparatus adopt Siemens or ABB
