This type is mainly used for different size, short pipes, to shred material into size around 20mm, can be continuous working, and with hydraulic force feeding device, while the rotary blades can be used at 4 directions, and adopt high quality stainless steel, strengthen the the blades and extend their life to reduce the cost. The whole processing is done by PLC to ensure the safety.

Especially suitable for shredding big diameter pipe, raise up pipes for 1000-2000mm, can also put small pipes together, shredding with hydraulic pushing synchronously, after the small crusher, reach Φ 6-Φ 8mm granules.

The shredder is mainly used for different kinds of longer pipes and profiles, after shredding, the final size of material is around 20mm, it is equipped with hydraulic feeding device, made of good quality steel, it prolong the life of service and save the cost. The whole operation is controlled by PLC safely. Suitable for shredding big diameter pipe, raise up pipes for 1-2mm, can also put small pipes together, shredding with hydraulic pushing synchronously, after the small crusher reach Φ 6-Φ 8mm granules.
