SMF disc is a flat disc-type milling machine, and this machine is widely used in rubber industry. It are the ideal equipment for grinding thermoplastic plastics, and can also grind PE, PP, PVC and other materials, powder processing. Through the main spindle drive the disc, under the rotating disc, the blades are rotating with high-speed, and cutting with fixed blade, to make a strong impact and grinding power to coming materials for milling. Then throught the wind, water cooling, the temperature can be controlled effectively, which can ensure the quality of the material does not change. The machine equipped with automatic feeding, discharging and back to grind with automatic filtering system. That can greatly reduce the labor input. The milling process is completely closed, and there is no dust leaking. When user is changing the materials for cleaning machine, it is simply to open the door to maintain. The host machine is using new triangle method to start, which can reduce the motor starting current.

The machine is consisted by host machine, air blower, ultra-fine analysing machine, cyclone powder collector, bag filter and connecting duct etc. Our company can based on customers requirements, they can also optionally choose to equipped with elevators, storage silos, cabiners, feeding machine, crushers and other auxiliary equipment on-site. In the grinding room, through the crossing arm roller assembly hanging in the roller shaft, roller hanger, the main spindle and blade hanger are fixed and connected together, the pressure of spring tension is tightly pressed by the roller bearing in the outside of the cantilever side, as the support of the crossing arm spindle, and using the spring pressure to make grinding roller tightly on the circular ring surface of roller, when the motor are rotating through the gears, the shovel blades which is mounted on the blade hanger and grinding roller are rotating together at the same time, and the grinding roller is turing on the milling ring while the roller is rolling around, analyzer machine driven by the motor, then the impeller in analyzer machine is rotating, then the analyzer will determines the speed of rotation of the fineness of the powder.
