The shredder is mainly used for different kinds of longer pipes and profiles, which saves the time of cutting.

Firstly, put the pipe or profile to the level feeding box, the box will automatically closed.

Secondly, the hydraulic pushing the material to the main shaft to shredder.

Thirdly, the shredded material will automatically to the crusher to match the pellet which are customer needs.

The whole operation is controlled by PLC system to keep safety and reduce the energy. It uses double motors and double gearbox. This machine is mainly used for pipes of 3-6 meters.
