This machine is designed accourding to wpc features: Require more wood powder, less plastic, the moisture has influence on wpc products, and easy to produce acid., therefore it controls the temperature and exhausting to make the moisture content around 2%. Screw and barrel adopt special material, which is different from normal 38CrMoAl material, to increase temperature resistance and using life.


This machine with fixed quantity feeding, air cooling hot cutter, hopper and so on, it can also be designed according to customers' requirements.
