PVC Wide Plate Production line:

· PVC Wide Plate Production Line series have characters of compact structure, good plasticization, high output, long life.


This production line uses SJZ80 conical twin-screw extruder or parallel SJP90 twin-screw extruder with the inverter, imported electrical components and PT100 platinum resistance, regulating a wide range of temperature control accuracy.


Auxiliary equipment including vacuum calibration and cooling systems, haul-off systems, cutting and stacker.


Vacuum calibration system has a cooling system that allows better calibration.


Haul-off equipped with two up-down tracks, the down track is fixed, the up track can be freely adjusted according to the size of plate.


Cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system and can control the cutting length and the precise automatic control cutting.


Stacker is equiped with rubber block to prevent damaging the products in production process.
