PVC profile production line:
PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC window profiles, porous threading tubes (four holes, six holes, seven holes, abalone, etc. ) extruding.
According to different profiles and die sections, the production line adopts different specifications conical twin-screw extruder, and with the appropriate vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, cutter and stacker platform and other auxiliary equipment. The extruding capacity is 150kg/h-450kg/h per hour.
Haul-off uses our unique lift surgery, stable working, good reliability, great traction power. Vocuum calibration table adopts special vortex cooling system, to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. Cutting speed keeps pace with the traction speed, all action are controller by imported PLC, rational design, stable operation, automatic length cutting, and equipped with dust collection.
Depending on the molds, calibration table can use 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specifications. The parallel twin-screw extruder, Equiped with parallel twin-screw extruder, especially for high-speed profiles extrusion.
