Hydraulically Powered Mold Carrier (MH-U Series)

MH-U series hydraulically powered mold carriers is a new type equipment developed based on ZSIMs MH type mold carrier.

It is a new type equipment, to meet the special requirement of automobile inner parts industry, mainly be used for PU-covering on the plastic parts and the other similar parts foaming production.

All the ordinal operation for foaming production (to pen the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive the mold-plateup/down, clamping the parts, to do edge-breaking of the parts) is hydraulic/pneumatic drive and by PLC control.

The mold can be operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with high productivity.
