Polyurethane Laminating Adhesives

BEECORE F104-1 type honeycomb panel composite expory adhesive:

Widely used for heat insulating material, polystyrene foam,
Fireproof material, fire door and window, paper honeycomb, aluminium honeycomb, and fire plate etc.

Fire retardant character
Thermal decomposition humidity: Above 200° C

Flash point: Above 270° C could be used for tank ship and Chemical carrier

Solubility: Soluble in acetone, acetic acid, ethyl ester etc
Wastage: Smooth surface at 180g/sq. M. Could save and economical

Constrcution Guide:
1. Clear the dirt and grease on surface
2. Coating glue on singleside equally by zigzag system scraper or spraying equipment.
3. Laminate the material on coating surface, Or could spray a little water mist on the glue surface, Then press tightly.

Storage:
Should be put in warehouse or low temperature room, time could not exceed 6 months.
