Outline:
Empty cans/bottles need to be depalletized before enter into the transmission line. Traditional machines are almost semi-automatic that don't have functions enough, need many man powers. And the actions are not accurate. Also have high probabilities of mistake.
But now, the full-automatic depalletizer we made solved these problems. You need only put the pallets filled of empty cans on store platform of the machine, and press the start button. This machine can complete all actions including feeding and positioning full pallets, putting empty cans to the transmission line, piling up empty pallets and paperboards in a high speed automatically.

Strongpoint:
1. Space saving: Double floor designed, occupying very little space. In put full pallets at down floor and out put empty cans at up floor and erupted with store platforms to storage empty cans, full pallets, paperboards, empty pallets.

Full-automatic: All actions controlled though PLC system automatically, including feeding and positioning full pallets, putting empty cans to the transmission line, piling up empty pallets and paperboards, alarming and stopping the actions or entering next cycle when a pallet is fully-depalletized.

Devices:
1. Store platforms, each floor.
2. Chain transmission device to transmit empty cans, empty pallets, paperboards, and full pallets
3. Cans pushing device. Pushing the cans to the cans Store platform.
4. Pallet ascending device. Pallet ascends from the lower floor to the upper floor layer by layer.
5. Empty pallet and paperboard piling device. Piling up empty pallet and paperboard automatically.
6. PLC system. All actions controlled though PLC system automatically.
7. Photoelectric system. Automatically monitor itself and if something wrong with the machine, it will automatically alarm or stop
