Negative filling machine 2IN1,vinegar making machine ,vinegar bottling machinery

The series equipment is used in production liquor ,wine, soy vinegar etc.
This filling and capping machine (two in one),, is developed on the basis of widely referencing of the foreign and domestic products, it is also a new product manufactured by fully consideration of years of experience. This machine is a combination of filling and capping units, it is driven by an electrical motor. It is a highly automated machine of a compact structure; it is reliable and safe, with a characteristic of continuous productivity adjustment. It is ideal equipment for non-gas drink production in domestic market, which is suitable for round and squared mouthed polyester bottle filling and capping. According to the users' actual requirement, a slight design alteration can meet the requirements for various types of bottle production.
Feeding conveyor:
1 easily to change the bottle shape
2. Rise the speed
3. Connect the bottle feeding part
4. Could add the bottle stopping device
5. Air conveyor for the plastic bottle, screw conveyor for the glass bottle
Filling part
1. No bottle no filling
2. Same filling level of all the bottles, adjustable filling level
3.Filling precision ≤±2mm
4. Negative pressure filling valve
5. Normal temperature
6. No dropping
Because the liquid is corrosive, so the filling part should not use the, the better we use the chimerical rubber as the filling pipe.
The liquid level of liquid vat keeps constancy liquid level and 1 air pressure under automatic controlling of liquid inlet valve. When the liquid valve liquid-inlet perch entering bottle, after sealing seals the bottle mouth, the air suction will start and setup negative pressure (vacuum), at this time, the liquid in liquid vat entering into bottle under function of pressure error. When the liquid level surpass liquid perch air suction hole, the pressure error will disappear, and air suction out stops, the filling finish.
Capping part

5. Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

Recycle tank and pump
Because the liquid contains the foam , so not only the valve has the degas feature, we also need the fit the vacuum pump and tank, to suck all the foam from the liquid , and send to the vacuum tank through the vacuum pump
