Slip On Flange
Slip on flange is slided over the end of piping and then welded. As the pipe will slip into the flange before welding, it has a low hub. The inside and outside of the flange are both welded, resulting in sufficient strengh with no leak. Huaerdong's slip on flange can be easily fitted and welded into different pipes. It is the best choice for lower pressure applications.
Size: 20" to 196" or 500mm to 5000mm (outer diameter)
Standard: According to your drawing or ASME ANSI B16.5,
Process: Forging, machining, rough machining is available
Material: Carbon steel, alloy, stainless or according to ASTM standard like: A105
Application: Shipbuilding, pressure vessel, ship components, gas and oil pipe system.
Package: Covered with braided belt on steel pallet or in wooden carton
