Canal Type Scalding SystemThe Canal Type Scalding System adopts the automatic line. The pigs after bloodletting and being washed clean, will directly enter the canal type scalding system. The individual pigs will fall into the canal type scalding sink. After a cycle, the pigs will be picked up through the same entrance, and sent to the shaving procedure. Due to the non-off-hook automatic line adopted, this system is much more efficient than the sink type scalding system.
