PVC Pipe Extruder/Extrusion Line

SUT-PVC160 PVC pipe extrusion line usually was used to produce PVC pipe from 50mm to 160mm, this extrusion line contains SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, two sets of pipe mould(50-90mm, 110-160mm), stainless steel vacuum tank, 3-paw haul-off machine, automatic saw cutter and stacker, and if the customer want the belling machine in the final, you can put SGK160 automatic belling machine and delete the stacker. And some of our customer want high capacity, we strongly advise them to use our SJP75/26 parallel twin screw extruder, its has the same motor power as SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, but the capacity is 40-50%higher. And we use good quality component for the compelete extrusion to ensure the quality of the machine, for example the electrical part, we use ABB motor, inverter, Schneider conatctor, Siemens PLC and so on.
