SUT-PVC630 PVC pipe extrusion line is suitable to produce PVC pipe from 315mm to 630mm, if the customer want, we can produce from 225mm also. The compelete extrusion has the mian components following, big capacity conical twin screw extruder(SJSZ92/188), pipe mould, 1 vacuum tanks, 1 cooling tank, 6-paw haul-off machine, planetary cutter and stacker. And also we advise the customer to take Parallel twin screw which has more high capacity by the same motor power, sometime imported the screw barrel and gear box of the extruder from Europe to enusre the quality of the machine. And the components we used on the machine are famous brand in the world, for example we use ABB, Schneider and Siemens electrical, and airtac or Festo peaunatic system and so on and keep our machine in high quality level.
