PPR Fibre-Glass Reinforced Pipe Extrusion Line (SUT-PFG63)

SUT-PFG63 PPR fibre-glass pipe extrusion line is a popular product in the market before, this line can produce PPR fibre-glass reinforced pipe from 20mm to 63mm. This line adoped Co-extrusion technology, the first layer and third layer of the pipe we use one extruder, the middle layer of fibre-glass we use another extruder. Now we have two types for this model, one is normal speed, we take SJ65/30 single screw extruder as the main extruder, its 37kw and the capacity is about 80kg/h, and the max line speed is about 8m/min. Another one is high speed, we took SJ65/33 single screw extruder as the main extruder, the motor power will be 55kw or 75kw, and the cutter is high speed dust-free cutter, the capacity will be around 150kg/h when making small pipes, the line speed can reach 15-20m/min.
