PVC Pipe Extrusion Line (SUT-PVC315)

SUT-PVC315 PVC pipe extrusion line contains SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum tank, 4-paw haul-off machine, planetary cutter and some auxiliary machines, for example SRL300-600 mixer unit, SGK315 belling machine. This extrusion line is suitable to produce PVC pipe from 160mm to 315mm and in this size range, the capacity of the machine can be used into best. Of course, some customer want this to make PVC pipe from 90mm, we can make it with another set of mould, and make some modifiaton on the down stream of this extrusion line, but the capacity will be a little lose when making small pipes. And for this extrusion line, if the customer want higher capacity, we can use SJP90/26 parallel twin screw extruder to take place SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder, the two kinds of extruder has the same motor power, but the capacity is very different.
