PVC Pipe Extrusion Line (SUT-PVC250)

SUT-PVC250 PVC pipe extrusion line is our company's main product, this extrusion line can be used to produce PVC pipe from 50mm to 250mm by three sets of mould(50-90mm, 110-160mm, 200-250mm), and the compelete line contains SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum tank, 3-paw haul-off machine, planetary cutter and stacker, if the customer needs belling machine, SGK250 belling machine can be put in the end of this line, and work with the exrusion line. In fact, we advise the customer to start from 110mm to 250mm by this extrusion line, because if 50mm made by this line, some capacity will be lost. And if the customer want high capacity for this line, we can use bigger extruder, for example SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder and SJP75/26 parallel twin screw extruder which has small motor power but high capacity.
