Double PVC Pipe Extrusion Line (SUT-DPVC110)

SUT-DPVC110 double PVC pipe extrusion line is our company's new product base on SUT-DPVC50 double PVC pipe extrusion, and can make two PVC pipes at the same time up to 110mm. This extrusion line contains SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, double PVC pipe mould from 50mm to 110mm, double vacuum tank, double haul-off machine, double cutter, and double stacker. Also if the customer want more higher capacity, we strongly advise the main extruder as SJP75/26 parallel twin screw extruder, because compared with the conical twin screw extruder, the parallel twin screw has 40-50% more capacity by the same motor power.
