     Series disc extruder is a new type of special continuous mixing equipment jointed developed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Zhangjiagang New Wanda Machinery Co.,Ltd.  The traditional stone grinding principle was applied to the extruder to improve the dispersion mixing effect of the single-screw extruder, also can effectively reduce the L/D ratio of the equipment. Greatly improved the extruder screw machanical properties. Not only can be applied to the dispersion of the modified materials mixed claim kneading granulation, but also use their special feeding of the two-stage feeding to achieve carbon black, stone, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, and other filled materials highly filled and modified.

   The extruder each part and each disc can achieve independent temperature control, on the basis of the minimum heating energy consumption to achieve optimal mixing of materials.

   Screw use assemble way, different forms of disc and disc number can be configured according to the requirements of the user processing materials. Screw cmponents of the unit, disc and barrel bushing all used high wear-resistant material processing, can ensure that user's equipment have enough use life in the processing of highly filled materials.
