1)The line uses a SJ 65 or SJ90 , SJ120 single screw extruder equipped with the inverter, together with co-extruder ,imported electronic componentd and PT100platinum resistance which can get wide asjusting range and precise temperature control.
2)The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water tank, thermo printer ande etc for producing different color and different types PS products.
3)The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
4)It is characterized of good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages.
