1)The whole line is composed of Single screw extruder (SJ65,SJ75,SJ90,SJ100,SJ120,SJ150) and co-extruder(SJ35 or SJ45), mould/die, water cooling tank, hot stamping machines and embossing machines, haul-off machine, cutter and stacker

2)The machine is equiped with ABB inverter, Omron Temperature controller, Siemens contactor etc famous brand.

3)The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.

4)Thot stamping machine and embossing machine are designed and manufactured according to foreign samples. The quality of our machines are as good as Korean. But price is much lower.
