PS Moulding Making Machine

PS moulding making machine mainly produces PS picture/photo frames.

1)The line uses a SJ65, SJ80, SJ90, SJ100 or SJ120 single screw extruder equipped with the inverter, imported electronic component which can get wide asjusting range and precise temperature control.

2)The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies/moulds, water cooling tank, haul-off machine, hot stamping machine and embossing machine to produce different color and different types PS products.

3)The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.

4)Thot stamping machine and embossing machine are designed and manufactured according to foreign samples. The quality of our machines are as good as Korean. But price is much lower.

4)It is characterized of good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. The PS picture frame will displace the wooden mouldings in near future as its lots of advantages
